What is your return policy?

No returns are accepted.

Special orders are non-refundable, and payment must be received before a special order will be placed.

If items arrive to you damaged a damage claim must be made within 24 hours of package arrival. Please e-mail us at info@madisonenvy.com to obtain approval to send an item back. If you would like insurance on your items please specify in comments box upon check out.

Madison Envy is not responsible for lost or damaged items caused by USPS unless insurance is purchased.
